Gift Cards
Gift Card Purchase Procedure — Process of purchasing gift cards.
Gift Card Request Form — Required for purchase of gift cards/certificates.
Purchases over $3,000 on federal funds and over $5,000 on non-federal funds
Please include the below forms with your request:
Sole Source Justification — Justification for only one vendor can provide the goods/service required.
or
Bidding Process — 2 quotes from 2 alternative vendors, preferably HUB vendors.
Certification of No Boycott of Israel Form — Required accordance to Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code.
Purchases over $100,000
Please include the below forms with your request:
Sole Source Justification — Justification for only one vendor can provide the goods/service required.
or
Bidding Process — 2 quotes from 2 alternative vendors, preferably HUB vendors.
Certification of No Boycott of Israel Form — Required accordance to Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code.
Addendum C — Form for additional approval that is required.
