- PRP-16B Transfer of Data Processing Equipment– Required only for computing equipment (etc. CPUs, laptops)
- PRP-2 Off-Campus Equipment Form — Required before taking equipment off-campus.
- Equipment Safety Clearance Form — Required to remove laboratory equipment.
