Job Duties

  • Manages & supervises the operations of RFA
  • Oversees center budgets and financial systems, ensuring compliance with internal audit
  • Oversees business related policies & procedures for compliance with UH, state, federal regulations.
  • Provides recommendations and solutions to operational issues and improvements
  • Oversees RFA for equipment, HR, payroll, procurement, contracts, travel, sub-recipient and reconcilements for all centers
  • Communicate with other university departments to coordinate center administrative activities
  • Oversees renovation, maintenance, and repair of facilities at HSBS 3rd and 4th floor
  • Oversee SAS reconcilement system for multiple departments on campus.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
